However, if you do not feel that you can do this, you have a right to raise your concerns with NHS Greater Manchester (NHSGM). Please be aware that NHSGM cannot deal with any complaints that we as a practice have already responded to. You would need to escalate any complaints we have already formally responded to, to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO) if you remain dissatisfied.
