Patient Survey 2025

We decided this year to try and focus on engagement and online usage / access, as a way of communicating with our patients and then understanding their understanding of ways to access the surgery.

We gave out questionnaires to patients over a 3 week period and obtained 367 responses, so just over 5% of our practice population.
