CORONAVIRUS  (COVID-19) UPDATE: 12/03/20

If you have a pre-booked appointment at the surgery over the next few days, please contact us BY TELEPHONE in advance of this for advice if you develop any of the following symptoms - cough, cold, fever, shortness of breath - OR if you have recently returned from an area affected by coronavirus OR if you have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for Coronavirus.

 

If you may have been exposed to coronavirus DO NOT ATTEND your GP or hospital emergency department, please visit https://111.nhs.uk/covid-19 for further advice, or call NHS 111.

Online booking of fact to face appointments has been suspended for the foreseeable future to ensure that patients are triaged to the right service and no-one is put at risk of Coronavirus.

If you haven’t done so already, you might want to think about signing up to online services. Have a chat with our reception staff, about the benefits of online services, where you can book and cancel appointments, order repeat prescriptions and access part of your GP records, find out more . If you want to have a look online about the benefits of online services whilst waiting for your appointment in the Practice, book another appointment or order a repeat prescription, you can use free NHS Wi-Fi.

Preparing for your appointment

You can get the most out of your appointment at the Practice by preparing in advance, there is some good advice available online including taking notes in with you to your appointment and not being afraid to ask questions about anything you find unclear. We want you to get the most out of your appointment.
