We are currently running an “URGENT-ONLY” service from 18th May to 26th May 2022.
This is because we are in the process of switching our clinical computer system. Our switch date is 24th May 2022.
However due to the background work needed we currently have very limited services until 26 May 2022.
Urgent and emergency requests will still be dealt with during this time so please let us know whether your request is urgent.
The electronic prescription service will not be available from 17th May 2022 and therefore any prescriptions issued will need to be ordered and collected at the surgery. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept telephone requests.
Patient Services will not be available from 17th May 2022. Any patients who are currently registered for Patient Services will need to re-register for Patient Access when we are live with EMIS WEB from 26th May 2022. Or via the NHS App.
Our new clinical system will enhance our service to you, and we look forward to bringing you the benefits in the near future.
